Our Resort Policies

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, regardless of reason (including but not limited to weather, illness, economic factors, etc.), four (4) days or more before your arrival date you will receive a complete refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel seventy-two (72) hours or less prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be forfeited because we have been holding the room for you at your request and turning other business away.

Check-In: Check in begins at 4pm.  Credit or Debit Card Authorization will be taken at check-in for the remainder of the stay plus $20 per day for incidentals even if you wish to pay cash at checkout. The card that you present for authorization will be charged to settle unpaid balances or fees in the event that they are discoverd after checkout, including but not limited to room damage, pet stains, restaurant charges, etc. Ocean Crest Resort is not responsible for overdraft charges or over limit fees if you choose to provide a card with insufficient funds. Any funds held are done in accordance with the policies of your bank or card issuer, Ocean Crest Resort is powerless in extending or shortening the length of time that funds are held.

Check-Out: Check out is 11am.

No-Show: No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.

Reservation Changes: Any change to arrival date is processed as a cancellation and new reservation. See cancellation policy above for appropriate fees. Since we have been holding the room and turning away business based on our agreement with you, early departures will be charged one additional day.

Pets: First pet stays free! Pets are restricted to pet friendly rooms with a maximum of 3 pets per room. There is a daily pet fee of $15+tax per additional pet. A minimum of $200 fee will be assessed for pets brought into non-pet rooms.  Pets are not to be unattended in rooms or left in vehicles overnight.

Damages: The guest is responsible for damages, including pet or human stains, and loss of use charges.

Smoking: Smoking in guest rooms is prohibited and will result in a minimum $200 fee.
